Don't Be A Lone Ranger Joing The Mastermind Partner Program

Stop Being The Lone Ranger And Join The Mastermind Partner Program

It’s 5:02 am and I’m up. I’ve been doing some soul searching lately. I’ve asked myself the question, “What is the most important offer I can share with people which will provide them with the most value? We are in this business because we are not ordinary. We think out of the box and we know there is a way to reach the freedom and the dreams we are seeking. We know there is no such thing as a financial ceiling. Most people do not understand that they keep themselves in poverty or scarcity because of their perception of the world and what they are truly capable of. They don’t understand that , “Whatever your mind can CONCEIVE and BELIEVE it can achieve.”-Napoleon Hill

A thought came into my mind this morning and I realized something profound is on the verge to occur. I’m not going to explain my past marketing experience, only to say it was a while ago with fair success. Obviously I did not obtain my dreams because I’m in the process of breaking through to the abundance  mindset.

Yesterday, I  was tending to my normal schedule and skimming through offers in my gmail. The only “offer mail” I bother with is sorted by the sender’s name. I opened one sent by one of my respected coaches. He was sharing Mark Hoverson  phenomenal pre- launch on July 12 if the Irresistible Blueprint. If you don’t know who Mark Hoverson is, he is one of the top ten billionaire leaders in this industry. I watched the videos and it’s “another offer that is very difficult to refuse” (That’s why he calls it irresistible!) I know that Jonathan Bud already has over 8000 affiliates who have signed up. Then I realized, is this another shiny object? I don’t think so with Mark Hoverson, but my belief is you have to start out small before you can get big and it takes a lot of focus, determination, persistence, consistency, hard work, team work, synergy, and leverage. The leaders who have reached their present goals (they are always replacing them with new ones) make “reaching their goals” or “becoming financially free” look easy. The truth is when you are in the learning curve; it is wise to learn the fundamentals first. This is where my soul searching has materialized with the answer to my question. “What is the most important offer I can share with people which will provide them with the most value?

The Answer is the Mastermind Partner Program

The Mastermind Partner Program is an amazing group and is the cause of my successes so far.  There is a lot of synergy, support, and leverage going on! This is what Mastermind Partner Program is all about. I was fortunate to find this group early on (first 9) and I know it wasn’t a coincidence.

Andrea Goodsaid is our leader of the group and  when it comes to teaching beginning marketers. I’ve used her techniques in my coaching to teach others to this day. This group is worth its weight in gold! I’ve actually have saved thousands of unnecessary dollars trying to struggle through the learning curve and spending money on all the “get rich quick” schemes and/or programs. There is no such thing. The leaders I discussed, Mark Hoverson and Jonathan Bud DID NOT get rich quick. They worked their “you know whats” off, reinvested their earnings , worked with a coach/s and truly understand the concept of team work and leverage. All you have to do is listen to their stories. They had to start small to get big!

Here is one way I promote the Mastermind Partner Program:

Struggling & Fighting Your Way Through?

The Overwhelm Can Be a Real Downer.

Question is-Why are You Still Trying to Be

the Lone Ranger?

  • Are you ready to make sense of all of that stuff on your hard  drive.
  • Isn’t it time you fine-tuned your marketing funnels?
  • Have you finally figured out that successful people never do it alone?
  • Ready to ditch the overwhelm with step by step “been there” guidance
  • Feel like you have all the pieces, but just not “quite” seeing the big picture?
  • Do you KNOW it’s time to take action but not really sure in which direction?
  • Are you a newbie marketer? baby boomer? non-techie?  Learn and Earn.

I feel ‘ya

And let me say one thing right up front.
It’s not your fault.
Everybody needs a map and chances are you simply haven’t found the one that works for you.

  1. Hi Raena,

I can certainly sense your enthusiasm for your business and this mastermind program from your article. I especially noted your comment about the fact there is no ceiling to the potential earnings, and I have seen that myself. Congratulations and thanks for this inspirational article.

  2. Marc Korn says:

    Hi Raena,

Thanks for sharing this post and your passion.

I couldn’t agree more that you have to start out “small” and learn the ropes and that becoming successful in this Industry or any Industry requires focus, determination, persistence, consistency, hard work, team work, synergy, and leverage.

No matter how successful we become, we can’t do it alone and shouldn’t try to.

The best route to success is to be on the road with a team of like minded business partners. I am fortunate to be a part of something bigger than each individual and a Mastermind group will bring together like minded members with different strengths that will bring focus and energy to the entire group.

Your mastermind group sounds great and this is a very POWERFUL asset for any Networker who wants to become a Leader and achieve success in this Industry.

    Keep inspiring us,

    Hello Raena,

I agree with Marquita in that the energy you are feeling is palpable when reading your article. You are so right to want to surround yourself with a group of people whom you can rely on, and grow with aptly called a Mastermind Group.

    Keep The Smiles,

      Hi Stevie,

Thanks for the visit. Yes, the people I have surrounded myself with will be my lifetime friends.

  4. Hey Raena!

Many people find it hart to get started and get off the ground with little or nothing to show for. A blueprint as you mention and people on a team is, as you just mentioned, more worth than gold itself. I speak from experience that from small to middle and then to big are verious steps to take and being able to follow a guide is the best people can do… Why do many successful people point to autobiographies? Because they are often roadmaps for similar successes.

Thanks for bringing along the Lone Ranger and telling us that all starts with the FIRST Lead!

    All the best,

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Alexander,

Thanks for coming by. Our mastermind group is the perfect place for someone who is just starting out and learning the ropes. It’s also a support network to help keep you going because as most know, thought being there and doing that, there are times when there is an overwhelming feeling to quit at times. A mastermind group keeps you in and moving forward.

  5. Raena, fantastic post, thanks and so true! I love this sentence particularly:

“but my belief is you have to start out small before you can get big and it takes a lot of focus, determination, persistence, consistency, hard work, team work, synergy, and leverage.”

I couldn’t agree more with that. I started (and stayed) in a highly popular business niche and it was a long uphill battle for me. In the end I made it, but I would advise anyone just getting started to start in a much smaller niche.:)

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Jeff,

Thanks for sharing. You started and stayed in a highly popular business niche, but because you stayed and didn’t quit, so you made it! Our mastermind group is a very tight niche.

Hi Raena, It’s funny that I am reading this post today because within the last couple days I was thinking that I needed to connect with some other entity so that I can get some good feedback and better direction.

And so here you have this mastermind group that sounds like just what I have been missing and needing.

Thanks for the brilliant post. I wonder in some way if I didn’t attract this post towards me.

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Jim,

I’m glad you stopped by. Obviously you are feeling the overwhelm and struggle. I would quite seriously look into our group. If you are interested in a free roadmap , I will be happy to send one to you. I will also send you the webinar link when it is ready.

  7. Raena,
I can certainly attest to the fact that in this online world you do not get rich quick. There is a huge learning curve. And just when I think I am finally beginning to understand a piece of the process, the organizers make changes. Facebook has often changed. YouTube is now changing. A site that I wrtie for,, continues to make changes. Googld keeps changing, just having added google+ and more.

For quite awhile I was living in a constant state of overwhelm, listening to these online “Gurus” tell me how easy it is and that I should have been out there yesterday and I better hurry up because my competitors will beat me to the punch.

Now that I have gotten my feet wet and crossed a few bridges (to use some cliches), and I actually see an incredible amount of progress over time, now I am more relaxes. And this past month I hired a marketing coach to guide me in creating my one year Marketing Plan. Almost completed, I am amazed at what I have already accomplished and how easy it is becomoing as I see it all laid out in front of me. It IS possible and it IS doable.

    You mastermind group sounds wonderful.

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Erica,

Thanks you for sharing. Your story reaffirms that success is doable if we just keep going and focus on our goals. A great coach is priceless and the experience of getting through the learning curve is a huge relief once we realize we got through it! It is much less stressful once we look at our progress and see our accomplishments.

  8. Charles Seay says:

Being among the few who actually start somewhere is a big achievement. So what I have to start small but as long as I continue on the course there is a chance for me to get big. It can never happen if I give up on my dream. Staying committed to a group of like minds can only be a benefit. You have found some “Masterminds” to network with on many levels and areas. What’s the worst that can happen – you get smarter? Is that such a bad thing after all.

    To your success,

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Charles,

What is interesting about our group is we are all the same. We seek the same freedom and we have similar goals. The concept of the group is “If you build it, they will come. That is exactly what happened. We started with 9 and we are now up to 42 of like-minded people who came together by attraction marketing.

      Raena Lynn

  9. Hi Raena,

Yes, starting out small is the way to go. I have spend more money of different programs just to leave them waiting on my computer. I wish I had been on your mastermind webinar but am just reading your post now. I also love your Lone Ranger.

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Joyce,

I really feel that the mastermind program is worth the investment. I too have spent too much money on resources and the reality is that most people don’t take the time to go throught the programs and learn them because they are attempting solo and they don’t have the group support and synergy to succeed.

      Raena Lynn

  10. Hi Raena,

Most of us do have to start small, to get big, because we don’t bring an already existing downline with us. And you’re right on… no one can do it alone!

A mastermind group is so vitally important if we are serious, because it’s about personal growth as well as growing a business. I don’t know where I would be without mine.

    Willena Flewelling

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Willena,

When I first started network marketing there were so many distractions and the overwhelm crept in. A mastermind group helps you to focus and gives you the support you need to succeed. Our group mission is “Earn while you Learn.”

      Raena Lynn

  11. I agree, we start out small and grow. If we stick with it we can get there. I now make more money in a month than I did the year I started network marketing. It took 2 years to get to the point I could quit all my jobs, then another 3 years to retire my husband.

Mastermind is powerful. It’s a must for serious business people.

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Melodie,

The key is sticking with it and not giving up. You are an example of someone who has succeeded in the industry. Thanks for stopping by.

  12. Hello Raena

This statement, “Most people do not understand that they keep themselves in poverty or scarcity because of their perception of the world and what they are truly capable of”, is a golden nugget. Thinking big is a requirement for anyone to change because the thought process has to change before the results will begin to appear. What many people do is think big and never start small with action. Without action to energize the thoughts no results appear and most people quit. Yes start with big thought and small action steps is required. When you add the Master Mind to this process there is the formation of an energy bank that produces power.

    Hello Raena

Many want to start out big and they end up always being small.

The reason, they do not want to work for it.

    Your mastermind group sounds great.

  15. Dereck says:

    Hey Raena,

    Great post!

I looked at Mark’s product launch as well and sadly, I doubt I’ll actually get around to it here very soon.

The thing about actually getting results is knowing what to invest your time in. Where this product might fit a rather large percentage of online markers in our niche, this one particular marketer is focused on results based off of what this course teaches.

However, I also have had to start out small… everyone does and it will always remain so!

Thanks for the invite, masterminds are priceless! 😀

  16. Hi Raena

Great to see that you have found a mastermind group to join. Totally agree with you that its best to start small and build your way up…as if you were to start big and find that you fall its going to be a long way down. To be in within a group with a similar mindset its great as you can help each other towards building and achieving your goal…
    Thanks for sharing.

  17. Raena Lynn

    Hi William,

I don’t know what to say except thank you for your awesome commentary. The key to the mastermind group is service with not expecting anything in return. If the people in the group all contribute towards each other’s success, then everyone succeeds. We are now in Phase II of the group and the momentum is building. Everything we do in the group is duplicateable and that is why it is so successful.

The few people that started are conquering their learning curves and they are passing the knowledge to the other members. It is a fantastic set up. I am so grateful that I was drawn to my coach and every member in the group. The only can I vision for this is ultimate success for every one of us. We have truly grown to become valuable assets to each person in the group. Each of us have different talents that we can share with each other, and in turn creates a synergy that is mentally and financially beneficial.

  18. Love this post, Raena Lynn,

There is no free lunch, and there is no “get rich quick”. Virtually everyone who makes it, has quite a compelling story to tell.

Mastermind groups are wonderful mentoring opportunities is they are structured properly, and if we take full advantage of them. Good luck, and best wishes

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Angela,
Thank you for visiting. There is not such thing as “getting rich quick.” I’ve been in this business long enough to know that and I’ve been there and did that! When I was younger I didn’t realize the importance of collaboration, masterminding, attraction marketing, authenticity and leadership. I thought all I had to do was do what I was told, and I did, and it didn’t work. The bottom line? Hard work dosed with passion!

Being part of a mastermind group definitely helps keep us focused and positive about what we are doing in business. Its key to be surrounded by people who believe in what we do and share the same ideals. I heard it said once that we become like the 5 people we spend most of our time with. If we don’t want to be like those 5 people in our life, we must make sure that we spend time with people that we do want to emulate.

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Anne,

I am so very grateful for having the opportunity to be a member of the Mastermind Partner Program. I am a true believer in Napolean Hill philosophy and the chance of success is not likely without masterminding and collaboration!

Hi Raena, your mastermind group sounds great for new people, everyone needs other people to brainstorm with and to learn from.

And, I agree with your statement about how “many people believe there is some kind of financial ceiling”. It’s a shame that some people believe they have to do the same thing every day and to “dampen” their goals.

I’d better go now, I’m packing the house ready to move in a few days! Have a great weekend regards from Julieanne

    1. Raena Lynn

      Hi Julianne,

Thanks for stopping by:) Our Mastermind Partner Program is a jewel and I love to share it with people becasue I know in my heart that those who join us are ever so grateful and it helps them to fulfill their goals and dreams. Good luck on your move and hope it flows and is a smooth transition for you and your family!

For me, it doesn’t really matter whether you start from small ones or big, the important thing is you should have the perseverance, strong determination and of course hard work in this field. And your program sounds like a very good idea so I might give that a try and hopefully a good thing in this industry…Anyway, keep posting!

  22. I love mastermind groups. One of the many reasons I love them is that they are like sounding boards or roundtable group. Your fellow mastermind members can often shed a new light on your business.

Sometimes we get into the rut of believing we have tried everything. Here’s the challenge with this belief (and that is precisely what it is, a fabricated belief)–when someone thinks they’ve tried everything, they won’t try anything new. They shut out any new ideas from coming to them. Having this attitude will repel ideas, it will repel the attraction energy and send whatever it is that you desire in the opposite direction. If we think we have tried everything, I suggest that we think again…..and, then….think again…..and again.
