This is a video I saw now for the 2d time and is so powerful. it shows us the power of emotions and how energy ( love and money) is attracted by it, energy offered by the right words of who is in contact with his or her feelings. Thanks!

Love this clip, Raena. I have seen it many times too and still love it. It’s a great video to communicate the power of words. Indeed, there’s nothing any of us can say these days that’s not already been said before. What we can do is choose what kind of words we use to express it. Cheers!

    Raena Lynn,

I have seen this video before but every time I find it so very touching. Words really are powerful. I have become very conscious of the words I use and my intention is to feel grateful as often as possible, reminding myself of what is good and wonderful in my life and my environment instead of focusing on what is not working well.

    Warmly,

I love this Raena (tear in my eye) It gets right to the soul of things. What we say is powerful and we may not even be aware of it. Thank you for this awareness. We must be mindful with our words. Even when we are faced with conflict, our words have power to melt it down.
    I loved this clip.

    Hi Raena,

    what a great video.

Yes, words can be very powerful, working for us or working against us.

Recently, I changed the words in my head when I noticed some physical discomfort. Instead of thinking about why I would feel the way I do, what I may have eaten, that may have caused the discomfort, I redirected my thinking to ‘there are trillions of cells in my body knowing what to do’

I have always loved words. I love their meaning and their structure and how the meaning is conveyed through the thoughts that are associated with a particular set of symbols.

And there are so many ways to express the same thought so that each individual statement has its own little secret special meaning. And combined together to make an even longer thought with another associated meaning – fabulous.

I really like this video. I have seen it a couple of times in a couple of languages and it always makes my stop what I am doing to watch and reflect on it.

Thank you for sharing this today.

That is a very out of the box way to go about that and did put some impact. I actually kind of got teary eyed. People only saw that he was blind, but that change in the sign put the impact of how it made his life difficult to even not being able to enjoy seeing a beautiful day.

I love videos like this. :)

    Hello Raena

Written or spoken, words are continuously propelling us through life. Joseph Conrad said, “Words have set whole nations in motion…Give me the right word and the right accent and I will move the world.” The short video illustrates the power of words to radically change a message and its effect upon the world. Thanks for making visual the importance of choosing the right words.

Wonderful video. I saw this on Facebook. There is another story about a farm for sale. The farmer asked a friend who was a writer, to write the ad for the sale of his farm. When he read the beautiful discription of his wonderful property, he decided to keep it.
The descriptive word is powerful! Thanks for the post!

That is a touching video. Our words are so powerful. We create much of our experience by the words we speak. When we verbalize an idea, we send out energy telling ourself and the universe of an intention.

Great post, Raena! I have also seen this video many times, and it is truly amazing how a small change can affect everything. In the worlds of politics and debate (two worlds with which I am very familiar), we learn about the importance of framing a conversation, but this shows that lesson better than anything else I have ever seen or read.
