Recap of Monday, May 23, 2011- Evening post

Wealth-I completed all of my wealth habits. Good outcome day.

Health- I focused on color foods. I ate only fruits and vegetables, nothing in a box or fast food. I took my bicycle to work and rode it during lunch. I practiced my “new” bicycle thoughts. I watched a video about meditation by Tom, and I realize I must give it a shot. He used 2 glasses of water to demonstrate the mind being filled with thoughts and the need to empty them to make room for more. Brilliant!

Happiness- I didn’t call my friend in San Diego. I will today. I was shocked when I realized I didn’t have her number in my contact list, although we connect on Facebook. I had switched phones and didn’t re-list her. I’ve known for over 30 years and although we live far apart, it is as if she lives next door when we re-connect. It is time to hear her voice again. I went to the store to develop my pictures and they are out of matt paper. I observed how I reacted when I went to the store to develop my pictures and they didn’t have matt paper. I didn’t get upset, I went with the flow, smiled at the clerk and went on my way. I know telling you this doesn’t seem like a big deal, but for me I would usually grumble and get irritated. I accepted that we cannot control everything. I may plan to complete a task, yet that may not be possible because of an external situation. I feel proud of myself because I completed everything except making my phone call and developing my film. I’m looking forward to tonight to get my accountability partner and online scorecard. I had an excellent day. I completed my 3 habits, although I did not complete other tasks I want to do, such as developing the pictures.

Recap of Tuesday-Morning Post May 24, 2011

I really got a lot from the webinar last night. I already realized I have to make some changes. I completed my online scorecard, connected with my partner, and printed the first lesson for my binder. I changed my mindset from need to want. That was important.

I completed every task yesterday. I need to learn how to celebrate. It feels awesome!

This past week I switched my order from happy, healthy, and wealthy to wealthy, healthy, and happy, so I have been recording in that order. I did that because the wealthy part is the most important for me. The switch from need to want made me realize that the order naturally flows better if I follow lesson #1. This morning I re-read the Player Learning Guide #1, and it says the order should be happy, health, and wealthy. Done!

I’ve decided to definitely begin each day with reviewing the past week lesson and reviewing (Mind, Mission, Purpose, Values). The value list is what I created at Unstoppable Entrepreneur and helps me to get square and focus on my “big picture.” I also want to be prepared for my partner connection. I need to work on meditation. I need to question why I resist it, or maybe I don’t believe I have the ability to do it!

After reading Player Learning Guide #1, a word of caution to me, “Caution to the over-achievers: your natural tendency is to set goals that are aggressive, causing you to stress out more than the other participants. This reaction to goal setting could cause you to gain momentum, but not allow you to slow down and simplify your life.” I must take heed! One thing I’ve noticed is I love working so much, I have to consciously tear away and do other things I need to do, such as grocery shopping! Haha

Recap of Wednesday May 25, 2011

Today was amazing and it is really a blast to read everyone’s wins! All of us are shining! I hooked up with my accountability partner. He rocks! I can see how an AP is valuable to the process. For those of you who haven’t hooked up, don’t worry you will!

I completed all of my tasks today for the minimum and plus some. I still plan to work on my niche, Module 4 tonight.

In wealth, one of my tasks was to create an event. It is my first time, so if I made a mistake, I’ll find out! I’m proud that I followed through.

All health tasks met today. I made it to the grocery store…broccoli, bananas, apricots and these funky little apricot plum crosses called plumcots! I enjoyed my bicycle and I weighed myself for a start weight.

Here is a quick note 3 mechanical difficulties today…very strange. TUG helped me to plow through and turn all of them into a positive. My energy is ridiculous 🙂

I loved John Panellas Power Move!

I’m proud of myself for many reasons. I had a great conversation with my partner this morning. We talked about when we are playing the game, sometimes we will encounter obstacles or barriers or little annoyances. JB says BRING IT ON! So I did! My plan today is to reduce my tasks to give myself a break and celebrate. I need to do some fun stuff today. So I picked out dancing. I can’t believe I have to make a point to dance?

Thursday May 26, 2011 Recap

I had a fantastic day! I thought tonight’s call was enlightening and everyone was so brave to share their truths. Bravo! I also learned some cool stuff today:

1.  My puppy can run like a bullet!

2. It was great to listen to music again and dance!

3. I rode my bicycle and took my puppy for a 20 minute walk. I never thought about doing both. In my mind I was limiting myself until I saw what others are doing with exercise and activities. Thanks for the boost!

4. Tom, can you please post your meditation video again?

I completed 3 or more of my tasks for happiness, health, and wealth for the day but really focused on fun. From a scale of 1-10, I felt like a 10 but I need to get more creative with the fun stuff! Being on my computer is a great joy for me…I have to pull away, and I did today, but pulling away is not the same thing as consciously “doing something fun!”

Summary Plan for Friday, May 27, 2011

Wow, I went to bed at 2:30 am and woke up this morning at 7:30 am through a deep sleep. I have tons of energy, feeling refreshed and ready to go! I’m excited to bring on the day. I spent the first 30 minutes going over my MMPV (Map, Mission, Purpose, and Values). I was able to fill in some of the gaps that I missed at Unstoppable Entrepreneur. For example I had 3 out of 4 goals listed and I was able to easily fill them in and amend my mission and vision. The changes I made are possibilities that I could not see a week ago. I’m can continue to add to it, but for the most part I feel the sense of completion. It feels great to have clarity!

I’ve decided to reconnect with my lifelong friends. I have 6 women friends who I unconditionally love and vice versa. Forget the excuse of saying, “Isn’t it so cool how we cannot connect for a long time, but when we do it’s as if we never left each other?” I want to make it happen that I will re-connect with each of them more often. I have to create a schedule of some sort. I forgot the joy these women have brought to my life. I realized I’ve spent my time trying to appease other people rather than basking in the love of my lifetime friends?  I think a lot of people tend to not worry that they are not spending more time or reconnection with their lifetimes, because they know they will be forgiven and they can get away with excuses because “they are loved!” I recognize I am guilty of this, but no more! I’m calling them the Super 6!

Here is a quick check in. I had another awesome day. I know this can’t go forever, but I don’t know why not? I reconnected with 4 of my 6 lifetime girlfriends! I informed them they are a part of the Super 6 and they were so touched! It feels so good. I completed everything and then some. In wealth I did exceptionally well. I completed TSA, did my 5, 5, 5, 10. Completed my event follow up, worked on my modules and connected with a coach, and in town I actually marketed to a clerk I met. It was great.  I picked up a little gift for my daughter in college that is a part of my family values. Giving a gift helps me fulfill my needs for feeling of family. I finished the pictures (200 of them! A big project) and ready to get them set before my almost 18 year old graduates! Whew they grow so fast! She interviewed for a job this morning and got the job. I’m so proud of her. She is so beautiful. This has been a fantastic week. I am going to continue through the weekends but a little lighter. I wish all of you more and more wins! I’m proud of everyone in this group and it is honor to be here.

Yesterday I re-connected with 4 of my lifetime friends. My friend in San Diego had the chance to catch up. This was the first time I called to ask her for something. I sincerely called, “just to say hello.” I called 3 and re-connected, and visited one who lives here locally. We exchanged hugs and I showed her the “heart hug.” She said, “I like it!”

My goal today is to finish any wealth tasks by 1:00 so I am free on this Saturday to work on my books (really not work, happiness) and have some fun!

Thanks Monica. I really, really, really am super committed. I’ve experienced different programs, and this one is by far the BEST I’ve ever experienced. I don’t want lose a second of what it is offering us. I feel so honored and fortunate. Quite honestly I cannot understand why anyone would sign up for this caliber of a program and not follow EVERYTHING to its FULLEST POTENTIAL. Thanks for recognizing my efforts because I along with MOST of us are VERY COMMITTED. Oh yes, I forgot….we are UNSTOPPABLE! Haha

Summary Plan for Sunday, May 29, 2011

It’s Sunday and I want to share something that happened yesterday. Yes I will say it. I hit an obstacle and I didn’t realize it until this morning. I felt frustrated and annoyed but I pretended I wasn’t feeling that because I’m “unstoppable.” So I suppose I tricked myself into believing that everything was fine and what happened didn’t bother me. I enjoyed my day, but the feeling was like a barking dog in the distance. It wouldn’t go away. The point is I cannot create my world if I’m in denial that there is a problem. I just ignored the annoyance. This morning I woke up and I didn’t feel well at all! So I read my MMVP and it suddenly dawned on me the mind game I was playing. After review and really pondering the words, I realized these are my words that I really want to strive to live by and it is up to me to fulfill my values from within. My attitude took a 180 and now I’m look outside and see a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.

Then I read some of the posts on TUG and Eva left this: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND ALL THAT YOU ARE. KNOW THAT THERE IS SOMETHING INSIDE YOU THAT IS GREATER THAN ANY OBSTICLE. Thanks Eva! Your action of sharing that quote helped me to “snap out of it.” Although the external cues helped me get on track, I realize it’s the internal cues that I must allow to work. Thanks to all of you!

I’ve done so much this week I really need to take a break. I always feel better when I am productive, so I will do a little bit today, at least my minimum. I took a shower this morning, but I’m giving myself permission to take a break and just feel.

Summary Plan for Monday May 30, 2011

It’s Memorial Day today and I would like to honor all of our men and women who have served in any or all of our military forces who have served our country. I wish all of their families’ my sincere pride and condolences.

This day always reminds me when I visited Washington DC last year. I spent a couple of days walking through the mall and quietly reflecting and honoring all of the memorials dedicated to our military. That visit made a powerful impact upon me. Thank You to all of you and my prayers are with you.

Yesterday, I intentionally designed my day to take a break. Overall, it was a challenge for me. I still completed my minimum tasks, but I had to really work at not doing too much! it!

Hi Pat, thanks for sharing. You are so right! We have to get rid of our stories or we will never move forward. It took me years to get through the strange concepts learned as I grew up. You remind me of the sayings my mother repeated over and over. Whew it takes a lot of work to shed those beliefs. Do you remember these? “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”
